Schedule Error List

The following is a list of "Schedule" error codes and their definitions:

  • Unscheduled Absence: This error occurs when you have not clocked in on a day for which you are scheduled to work. By default, an abbreviation of "UA" appears on the Time Card.

  • Not Scheduled: This error occurs when you have clocked in on a day for which you are not scheduled to work. By default, an abbreviation of "NS" appears on the time card.

  • Out Early: This error occurs when you have clocked out before the stop time specified on the schedule that you are assigned to work. By default, an abbreviation of "OE" appears on the time card.

  • Out Late: This error occurs when you have clocked out after the stop time specified on the schedule that you are assigned to work. By default, an abbreviation of "OL" appears on the time card.

  • In Early: This error occurs when you have clocked in  before the start time specified on the schedule that you are assigned to work. By default, an abbreviation of "IE" appears on the time card.

  • In Late: This error occurs when you have clocked in after the start time specified on the schedule that you are assigned to work. By default, an abbreviation of "IL" appears on the time card.

  • Under Hours: You have worked less than the number of "Required Hours" specified on the schedule that you are assigned to. By default, an abbreviation of "UH" appears on the time card.

  • Over Hours: You have worked more than the number of "Maximum Hours" specified on the schedule that you are assigned to. By default, an abbreviation of "OH" appears on the time card.
