Job 
						 Tracking
						The Job Tracking module of TimeForce II allows 
						 you to create detailed profiles of the jobs and 
						 tasks that your employees perform. As employees 
						 punch at the time clock, they specify a Job or 
						 Task Number. This assigns the hours worked to 
						 the corresponding job or task. 
						Each job is divided into Job Levels. Each level 
						 has its own set of properties which can be enabled 
						 and disabled as desired. This allows you to create 
						 a detailed breakdown of the jobs that your employees 
						 will be working on. 
						The software tracks the number of hours worked 
						 in each job or task, and allows you to track your 
						 expenses using a comprehensive “estimated vs. 
						 actual” comparison. Reports can also be printed 
						 detailing your job tracking and costing totals. 
						The Job Tracking module also gives you the option 
						 of tracking the equipment and materials that are 
						 used on each job and task, as well as hours worked 
						 that are billable to a customer, and the quantity 
						 of completed pieces. 
						Job Tracking punches are collected from the 
						 clock and displayed with the regular Time & 
						 Attendance data on the main Time Card screen. 
						Note that Job Tracking is a separate module 
						 to the TimeForce II system, and is activated by 
						 the Product Key that you entered when setting 
						 up the system. Contact the Qqest Sales Department
