Customer Notes

Once a customer has been added to the database, notes for the customer can be entered.

  1. The main Customer List screen displays each customer that has been entered into the system. Click on the link under the Name column to enter customer notes.
  2. The Customer Notes section is located directly below the main customer information. Click on the [ADD CUSTOMER NOTES] icon.
  3. Enter the desired notes into the Notes field. There is a maximum of 200 allowed characters per-note. Click on the [SAVE] icon to save the note.

Notes are displayed by customer name, with the User that created the notes and the Created Date/Time. Click on the icon_delete.jpg icon to remove a note from the system.
