Customer
Notes
Once a customer has been added to the database,
notes for the customer can be entered.
- The main Customer
List screen displays each customer
that has been entered into the system. Click
on the link under the Name
column to enter customer notes.
- The Customer
Notes section is located directly below
the main customer information. Click on the
[ADD CUSTOMER NOTES] icon.
- Enter the desired notes into the Notes field.
There is a maximum of 200 allowed characters
per-note. Click on the [SAVE] icon to save
the note.
Notes are displayed by customer name, with the
User that
created the notes and the Created
Date/Time. Click on the
icon to remove a note from the system.
