Estimates
						Estimates allow you to track your estimated 
						 expenses for jobs and tasks. These estimates are 
						 entered in various places throughout the program. 
						 For example, estimates for a job or task are entered 
						 directly on the Job or Task Profile. Figures for 
						 equipment and material costs are also entered 
						 individually. 
						The "Estimates" section of the program 
						 brings all of these figures together so that you 
						 can view and edit them in one screen. 
						
							- From the main "Job Tracking" 
							 tab, click on either the [ESTIMATES] icon 
							 located in the Create/Edit 
							 section of the screen, or on the "Estimates" 
							 link from the row of links at the top of the 
							 screen.
 
							- Select the job that you would like to view 
							 estimates for from the Job 
							 List and click on the [DISPLAY] icon. 
							 Estimates are displayed in the bottom section 
							 of the screen.
 
							- The estimates that have been entered are 
							 displayed by Job Level. The Equipment, 
							 Material 
							 and Labor 
							 figures for each job are displayed separately. 
							 A Grand Total 
							 is displayed at the bottom of the estimate.
 
							- To edit the displayed figures, click on 
							 the link in the Job 
							 column. The Work 
							 Area section of the screen appears 
							 showing the details of the displayed figure.
 
							- The details of the selected figure are 
							 displayed. The Quantity, 
							 Rate, 
							 and Hours 
							 can be manually edited. New figures can be 
							 added by using the drop-down menus in each 
							 section, and clicking on the [ADD] icon. Remove 
							 a figure from the system by clicking on the 
							 
  icon. 
						 
						When you have finished editing a figure, be 
						 sure and click on the [UPDATE] icon to save the 
						 changes that you have made.
