Self Service Quantity Entry
The following instructions give you the basics
on entering Quantities along with a punch from
the Employee Self Service module of the program.
- Log into the program, and ensure that the
"Time Card" tab is selected at the
top of the screen.
- Click on the
icon in the top right corner. The Work
Area appears at the top of the screen.
- The read-only punch date and time are displayed.
Specify the Transfer,
Type,
Mode,
and Department
settings as desired.
- From the Job
field, click on the "No Job" link,
and use the tree-directory that appears to
select the desired Job. Select a Task
from the drop-down menu, if desired.
- The Quantity
section appears to the right. The Quantities
that are assigned to the selected Job are
displayed in this section. Enter a number
of pieces for each Quantity, as desired.
- Click on the [CREATE] icon at the top of
the screen to save the punch.
