Employee Self Service Quantity Entry

The following instructions give you the basics on entering Quantities along with a punch from the Employee Self Service module of the program.

  1. Log into the program, and ensure that the "Time Card" tab is selected at the top of the screen.
  2. Click on the icon_in_out.jpg icon in the top right corner. The Work Area appears at the top of the screen.
  3. The read-only punch date and time are displayed. Specify the Transfer, Type, Mode, and Department settings as desired.
  4. From the Job field, click on the "No Job" link, and use the tree-directory that appears to select the desired Job. Select a Task from the drop-down menu, if desired.
  5. The Quantity section appears to the right. The Quantities that are assigned to the selected Job are displayed in this section. Enter a number of pieces for each Quantity, as desired.
  6. Click on the [CREATE] icon at the top of the screen to save the punch.
