Job 
						 Tracking Settings
						The Job Tracking Settings section of the program 
						 contains various settings which allow you to customize 
						 the Job Tracking module of the program. 
						From the main “Job Tracking” tab, click on the 
						 [JOB TRACKING SETTINGS] icon in the Settings 
						 section of the screen, or on the "Job Tracking 
						 Settings" link from the row of links at the 
						 top of the screen. 
						If a section is minimized, click on the   icon 
						 to maximize it. The following settings can be 
						 configured from this screen. 
						Tasks
						If you would like to further break down the 
						 hours that your employees are working, Tasks can 
						 be used in addition to Jobs. A Task Number can 
						 be entered at the time clock, along with the corresponding 
						 job. 
						Click on the Enable 
						 Task option to enable Tasks. 
						Quantities
						This feature allows you to track a number of 
						 pieces with your Jobs and Tasks. Quantities can 
						 be entered at the time clock along with Job and 
						 Task information. 
						Click on the Enable 
						 Quantity option to enable Quantities. 
						Job Levels
						Job Levels allow you to create a Job Tracking 
						 structure that represents the jobs that your employees 
						 perform. This section is included as a part of 
						 “Basic Job Tracking Setup.” See Job 
						 Levels for full documentation on this setting. 
						Job Groups
						Groups allow you to sort your jobs by the group 
						 that they are assigned to. 
						Enter a group name into the Group 
						 field and click on the [ADD] icon. 
						Existing groups are displayed under the Group header. 
						 Click on the   
						 icon to remove a group from the system. 
						Equipment Groups
						Like Job Groups, Equipment Groups allow you 
						 to sort your pieces of equipment in the system 
						 by the group that they are assigned to. 
						Enter an Equipment 
						 Group name and click on the [ADD] icon. 
						Existing groups are displayed under the Equipment Group 
						 header. Click on the   
						 icon to remove a group from the system. 
						Material Groups
						Material Groups also allow you to sort the material 
						 in the system by the group that they are assigned 
						 to. 
						Enter a Material 
						 Group name and click on the [ADD] icon. 
						Existing groups are displayed under the Material Group 
						 header. Click on the   
						 icon to remove a group from the system. 
						Unit Measurement
						Unit of measurement is used with the tracking 
						 of materials. Enter the desired Unit 
						 Measurement (as in “gallons,” “pieces,” 
						 “lengths,” etc.) and click on the [ADD] icon. 
						Existing settings are displayed under the Unit Measurement 
						 header. Click on the   
						 icon to remove a setting from the system. 
						Job User Fields
						User fields allow you to enter customized fields 
						 that will appear on your Job Profiles. These fields 
						 are for the tracking of any information not provided 
						 in the system. 
						For example, if you want to track an account 
						 number with each job, a user field named “Account 
						 #” would be created. This field will be displayed 
						 on your main Job Profiles. 
						Enter the desired field name into the Job User Field 
						 box and click on the [ADD] icon. 
						Existing fields are displayed under the Job User Field 
						 heading. Click on the   
						 icon to remove a field from the system.
