Collecting Job Tracking Data

Job Tracking data is entered directly into the time clock as your employees punch in and out for the day. A Job and optional Task number is entered, assigning hours worked to the specified job and/or task.

Note: Only certain models of time clock are capable of accepting Job Tracking entries. See the "TimeForce II Hardware Guide" for detailed instructions on using the Job Tracking features of your time clock.

Job Tracking data is collected from the time clock when you connect to it and download your punches. All information is automatically processed into the program database.
