Tracking Data in Time Cards
When your punch data is downloaded from your
time clock and sent to the TimeForce II program,
the Job Tracking data is processed and assigned
by employee based on the card number used when
the entry was created at the time clock. The punches
are viewed from the same Time Card screen that
is used with the Time & Attendance section
of the program. Click on the main "Time Card"
navigation tab located at the top of the screen.
Job Tracking information is located in the Hours Detail
located toward the bottom of the screen. If the
screen is minimized, click on the icon to maximize it.
Hours are totaled at the right of the screen.
Click on any link under the Job
Tracking column to bring up the Job Profile.
Job Tracking data is contained within the punches
in the Time & Attendance section of the screen.
Edits to Job Tracking hours are made directly
from the Time Card punches.
