Basic Employee Information

This is the most basic employee information that is required or highly recommended.

Required Information

The system requires that the information here be specified for each employee.

Field Name Description
Salutation Select the desired salutation from the drop-down menu (as in Mr., Mrs., Ms. or Dr.)
First Name The employee's first name
Middle Name The employee's middle name (if applicable)
Last Name The employee's last name
Employee ID Enter an ID for the employee. This ID will be displayed in multiple areas of the program
Card Number Enter the number assigned to the card that this employee will use when punching at a time clock
Hire Date Enter the employee's date of hire. Click on the icon_calendar.jpg icon to select the date from a calendar
Status Select a status of "Active" or "Inactive" for this employee

Photo

Use this section of the screen to upload an optional photo of the employee. This photo will be displayed on the employee's profile and various reports.

To upload an employee photo, click on the [BROWSE] icon and navigate to the desired photograph. Select the photo by double-clicking on it, or by highlighting it and clicking on the [OPEN] icon.

The path to the selected photo appears. Click on the [ADD PHOTO] icon to upload the photo to the system.
