Preferences
						This topic covers the "Preferences" 
						 link that appears in the upper right-hand corner 
						 of all 
						 screens in the TimeForce II system. It allows 
						 you to define some general viewing and usage settings. 
						
							- The Role 
							 field is read-only, and displays the Security 
							 Role of the user that is logged into the system.
 
							- The User 
							 field is also read-only, and displays the 
							 username of the currently logged in user.
 
							- The Password 
							 field allows you to change your login password.
 
							- Re-type the new password into the 
							 Confirm 
							 Password field.
 
							- Enter your email address into the 
							 Email 
							 field.
 
							- The Start 
							 Tab setting defines which screen 
							 will open by default upon logging into the 
							 system.
 
							- The Culture 
							 setting defines the date/time and language 
							 that the program uses.
 
							- The Last 
							 Logged In field is read-only, 
							 and displays the date and time of the last 
							 time this user was logged into the system.
 
							- The Hours 
							 Format setting allows you to 
							 define whether you would like to view hours 
							 in the system in "Decimal Hours" 
							 or "Hours and Minutes."
 
							- Select "12 Hour" or "24 
							 Hour" from the Time 
							 Format drop-down menu.
 
							- Select the number of decimal places 
							 that you would like to see displayed in the 
							 program. 0 - 8 are available. Note that the 
							 displayed hours totals may vary slightly from 
							 final hours calculations depending on the 
							 setting specified here.
 
							- The Punch 
							 View option allows you to select 
							 whether you would like to view the "Rounded" 
							 or "Actual" punches for your employees.
 
							- Put a check mark in the Show Full Department 
							 Name and Show 
							 Full Job Name options if you 
							 would like the system to display the full 
							 name for these settings.
 
						 
						Click on the [UPDATE] icon to save any changes 
						 that you have made.
