Departments
The Schedule
Departments section appears near the middle
of the screen. You may need to click on the icon
to maximize the section.
Various sections of the program allow you to
make departmental selections based on the employee's
"Home" department, or "Allowed
Department." This section allows you to specify
the departments that the employee is allowed to
work in.
In the Department
field, use the tree-directory to browse your department
levels. Click on the Include
Subs option to include sub-departments.
Each department level in the menu is a link. Simply
click on a link to assign the department to an
employee. Click on the
icon to remove a department assignment.
When you have finished assigning departments,
click on the [UPDATE] icon to save the changes
that you have made.
