Report
Descriptions
The TimeForce II system includes many different
reports which allow you to print or view the information
being tracked by the system. Reports are broken
up into multiple groups.
Audit Reports
This report group allows you to monitor your
employees' exceptions, verifications, etc.
Employee Reports
This group of reports details employee information
such as birthdays, hire dates, anniversaries,
etc.
Job Tracking Reports
This report group allows you to report on the
jobs and tasks that your employees are entering
with their punches.
Schedule Reports
This report group is used to view and print
data based on the schedules that your employees
are assigned to in the system.
Time Reports
The reports in this group display the hours
and earnings totals for your employees, as well
as basic employee tracking information.
Charts and Graphs
Reports in this group generate various charts
and graphs detailing your Time & Attendance
data.
