Job
Quantity Summary
The Job Summary section of the program totals
the hours and cost spent on your Jobs and Tasks
based on the Job Tracking data found in your employees'
Time Cards.
The Job Quantity
Variance Summary section of the screen
allows you to track the Quantities entered into
the system for each Job, along with the estimated
Quantity specified in the Job profile. The "Estimated
vs. Actual" comparison is displayed, and
totals appear at the bottom of the section.
- Click on the main "Job Tracking"
navigation tab at the top of the screen, then
on the [JOB SUMMARY] link located under the
View
header.
- Enter the desired Date
Range, and use the Job
Filter to select the Jobs that you
would like to see totals for.
- Click on the [DISPLAY] icon to view the
summary.
The Job
Quantity Variance Summary section appears
below the Labor
Summary.
- •The Job that the hours and Quantities
are assigned to is displayed in the Job
column.
- The Quantity
column displays the Quantity that is assigned
to the Job.
- The number of pieces entered for this
Quantity is displayed in the Actual
column.
- The Estimated
column displays the Quantity estimation
that was entered into the Job Profile.
- The Difference
between the actual and estimated Quantities
is displayed.
- The Totals
row displays the total Quantities per-Job.
- The Grand
Totals row at the bottom of the
screen calculates all Quantity information.
The "Job Quantity Variance Summary"
can be printed from the "Reports" section
of the program.
