Job Summary

The Job Summary section of the program totals the hours and cost spent on your jobs and tasks based on the job tracking data found in the Time Card section of the program.

If you are using the program’s "estimated vs. actual" capabilities, this screen is where you cost estimates are compared with the actual figures calculated from your employees’ punches.

Click on the main "Job Tracking" tab, and then on the [JOB SUMMARY] icon located under the View section of the screen, or the "Job Summary" link at the top of the screen.

Select the job that you would like to view a summary for from the Job Filter section of the screen and click on the [DISPLAY] icon.
