Reviews
Click on the main "Employees" tab,
and then on the "HR Info" link at the
top of the screen.
Locate the Reviews
header near the top of the screen, and click
on the icon
to maximize the section.
The reviews that have previously been entered
into the program are displayed. Click on the Add Review icon
to create a new review.
- Enter the Due
Date for this review into the provided
field. Click on the icon
to select the date from a calendar.
- Enter the date on which the review was
completed into the Completed
Date field. Click on the icon to select the date
from a calendar.
- Select a Review
Type from the drop-down menu.
Note:
The contents of this field are configurable
from the System Customization section of the
program.
- The user name of the user entering this
review is displayed in the Reported
By field. This setting is not editable.
- Select a Review
Rating from the drop-down menu.
Note:

program.
- If desired, enter the Next
Review Date into the provided field.
Click on the icon
to select the date from a calendar.
- Enter any additional comments into the
Comments
field. There is a maximum of 200 characters.
- Click on the [ADD] icon to add the review
to the system.
Existing reviews are displayed on the main Reviews screen.
Click on the link in the Review
Type column to edit the record. Click on
the icon
to remove the review from the system.
Attaching a Document to a Review
Once a review has been added to the system,
a document can be attached to it and uploaded
to the program database.
Documents cannot be uploaded at the time that
a review is created. You must save the review
in the system and return to it in order to upload
documents.
Documents cannot be opened or read from within
the TimeForce II program. Attached documents are
stored in the program database for later downloading
and external review.
Use the following instructions to attach a document
to a review.
- Click on the icon
next to the Review
header to maximize the screen. The reviews
that have previously been entered into the
program are displayed.
- The setting displayed in the Review
Type column is a link. Click on the
link to edit the review.
- The Documents
field appears at the bottom of the screen.
Click on the [BROWSE] icon and browse to the
file that you would like to upload. Selected
documents are displayed. Click on the X link
to remove an attachment.
- Once you have selected the desired documents,
click on the [UPLOAD DOCUMENTS] icon. The
documents are uploaded to the program database.
Uploaded documents are displayed with the review.
Click on the icon
to delete an attached document.
