Schedule
Template History
The Schedule
Template History section appears near the
top of the screen. You may need to click on the
icon to maximize
the section.
This section displays the employee's currently
assigned Schedule Template, and a history of previous
schedule assignments.
The Active
Schedules section displays the schedules
that the employee is currently assigned to in
the system. Inactive
Schedules displays the schedules that the
employee was assigned to at one time, but are
no longer active.
The Schedule
Template and Effective
Date are displayed, as well as any assigned
Department,
Job or
Task.
Click on the
icon to inactivate an active schedule, or to permanently
remove an inactive schedule from the system.
The Current
Week Schedule section displays the
schedule that the employee is currently assigned
to.
