Replacement 
						 Scheduling
						This option allows you to override an existing 
						 schedule template by creating a one-time exception 
						 to the schedule that an employee normally works. 
						 This can be useful when an employee is called 
						 in to work a shift for which they were not originally 
						 scheduled, etc. 
						Click on the main "Schedule" navigation 
						 tab, and then on the "View Schedules" 
						 link at the top of the screen. 
						
							- Use the search options at the top of the 
							 screen to view the schedule that you would 
							 like to replace.
 
							- With the desired schedule displayed, click 
							 on the colored bar indicating the scheduled 
							 shift. The Work 
							 Area opens above displaying the schedule 
							 details.
 
							- To replace the schedule, click on the [ADD 
							 SCHEDULE] icon located in the upper right-hand 
							 corner of the Work 
							 Area. The displayed schedule details 
							 are cleared, allowing you to select a replacement.
 
							- Enter the desired replacement Employee, 
							 Date 
							 and Shift 
							 into the appropriate fields.
 
							- Select optional Department, 
							 Job 
							 or Task 
							 information, if desired. Use the Notes 
							 field to document the reason for the schedule 
							 change.
 
							- Once the replacement details have been 
							 specified, click on the [CREATE] icon.
 
						 
						When viewing schedules, the system will denote 
						 the shift change by the color of the bar displayed 
						 on the schedule.
