Allocate
Hours
This feature allows users to change the way
that their daily hours totals are assigned to
Departments, Jobs and Tasks. However, this feature
does not allow users to add more Time Card hours
than have been recorded for the day.
Example
An employee worked 8 hours on Monday. The employee
logs into the TimeForce II system and specifies
that the first 2 of those hours were spend working
in "Department #1." The next 3 hours
were spent working on "Job #2." The
last three of the 8 hours for the day were spent
working on "Task #5." The employee is
only able to modify the way that the existing
8 hours are allocated. They are not allowed to
insert additional hours.
