						The following instructions walk you through 
						 reviewing and editing employee Time Cards and 
						 verifications, calculating final hours totals 
						 for a completed Pay Period, and exporting time 
						 & attendance information to an external payroll 
						 program. 
						Close Pay Period
						This screen allows you to customize the steps 
						 that are included with the closing of a Pay Period. 
						 Final hours totals for a completed period are 
						 calculated, and totals are exported to a payroll 
						 management program. 
						
						Exporting Data
						This topic walks you through creating the template 
						 necessary in order for the TimeForce II system 
						 to export hours and earnings information to a 
						 payroll program. Instructions for performing an 
						 export are also included. 
						
						Viewing a Closed Period
						All closed periods are retained by the system 
						 for historical purposes. This topic walks you 
						 through accessing information for Pay Periods
