Creating Employee Profiles
This topic walks you through creating an employee
profile from the main "Employee" section
of the program.
Editing/Updating Employees
Occasionally it is necessary to update the profile
or demographic information for an existing employee
in the system. Use the following instructions
to update an existing employee profile.
Position and Salary
The records in this section of the program are
created to document changes in employee pay and
position within the company. Although only one
record can be active at a time, all changes in
position and salary are kept in the system.
Pay Policies
This section allows you to add or edit the pay
policies that employees are assigned to in the
system.
Employee Schedule
This section allows you to view the schedules
currently assigned to your employees, and to review
all scheduling information that is no longer in
effect.
Error Monitoring
This section of the program allows you to track
discrepancies on employee Time Cards.
HR Info
This section of the program allows you to track
basic HR information for your employees.
Accruals
An Accrual Policy is used to automatically award
your employees with paid time off based on how
much they work, or on a calendar basis.
Disciplinary Scales
This program feature allows you to track a point
amount accrued by your employees from five areas
of the program, Time Card errors, absences, perfect
attendance, multiple occurrence rules, and manual
supervisor point adjustments.
